1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Jellybook (the "App") and the website at myjellybook.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Jellybook is a collection tracking app for Jellycat plush toys. The App allows you to browse the Jellycat catalogue, track your collection, maintain a wishlist, and receive new release alerts.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Jellybook offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, notes, or other content you upload to Jellybook. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it within the App for the purpose of providing the service. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Jellybook and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jellybook and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Jellycat product names, images, and trademarks belong to Jellycat Ltd. Jellybook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jellycat Ltd.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute catalogue data from the App
• Interfere with other users' use of the service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Jellybook is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that catalogue information will always be complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jellybook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email.
