I paid for Pro but didn't get access, what do I do?
For the first couple of days after our initial launch, a bug meant some Pro purchases weren't activated automatically. This only affected a handful of people and we're really sorry for the inconvenience! It's all been fixed now, but if you paid but don't have Pro access yet, open the app and go to Profile, then Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. This reactivates your purchase straight away. If that doesn't sort it out, email us at hello@myjellybook.com and we'll get you your access.
What is Jellybook?
Jellybook is the companion app for Jellycat collectors. Browse the full catalogue, track what you own, build a wishlist, share photos with other fans, and show off your collection on a public profile.
How do I add a Jellycat to my collection?
Find a Jellycat in the catalogue and tap the add button on its card. Pick a size, then add the date you bought it, the price you paid, and any notes. Recording what you paid lets Jellybook estimate your collection's current value and track how it changes over time.
How does the wishlist work?
Tap the heart icon on any Jellycat to save it to your wishlist. When you're ready to add one to your collection, swipe right on it or use the context menu.
What is the Jellywall?
The Jellywall is where you share photos of your Jellycats with other collectors. You can add a caption, like other people's photos, and report anything that doesn't belong. The first time you post, we'll ask you to accept the photo sharing terms.
Can I share my collection with others?
Yes. Every account gets a public profile at myjellybook.com/profile/yourusername. Tap the share button on the Profile tab to send the link to anyone. Visitors can see your bio and how many Jellycats are in your collection and wishlist.
What is Jellybook Pro?
The free plan lets you collect up to 20 Jellycats. Jellybook Pro removes that limit and gives you an unlimited wishlist too. You can subscribe weekly or monthly, or pay once for lifetime access, all from the Profile tab.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Jellybook Pro is billed through Apple, so you manage it in your device settings rather than in the app. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, select Jellybook, and tap Cancel. You'll keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I sign in or create an account?
Sign up with an email address and password, or use Sign in with Apple to skip the form. Forgotten your password? Tap "Forgot Password?" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.
Is my data synced across devices?
Yes. Your collection and wishlist are saved to the cloud automatically. Sign in on a new device and everything will be there waiting. You can also pull to refresh any time to load the latest changes.
What do "Retired" and "Coming Soon" mean?
Retired Jellycats are no longer made by Jellycat, so they carry a retired badge in the catalogue and your collection. Coming Soon items are upcoming releases you can't collect just yet.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account any time from the Profile tab. This permanently removes your collection, wishlist, photos, and profile, as set out in our Privacy Policy. If you run into trouble, email us and we'll sort it out.
Is Jellybook official or made by Jellycat?
No. Jellybook is an independent app and is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by Jellycat in any way. Jellycat and all related names, logos, and product images are trademarks of their respective owners. We're collectors who wanted a better way to track our Jellycats.
